Improving Customer Satisfaction Through a Digital Platform

Committed to Professional Hygiene

A family-owned medium-sized company based in Genas (69) for more than seven decades and the pioneer of single-use products, PAREDES designs, manufactures, and distributes innovative products and solutions for occupational hygiene and protection. Now known as GPO (Groupe Paredes Orapi), formed from the merger of Paredes and Orapi, the group is the leading integrated provider of professional hygiene products in France.

With a presence in 11 countries worldwide, 1,500 employees, and 7 factories, GPO combines its strengths as both a manufacturer and a distributor, giving it the unique ability to control the entire value chain—from high-quality production in France to optimized distribution.

Improving Customer Satisfaction Through a Digital Platform

Paredes has embarked on a transformation project, the #DEFI2022 plan. The B2B store is the cornerstone of its digital transformation. Its goal is to make Paredes a leader in customer satisfaction by reducing delivery times by 20% and offering a customer-centric experience.

Project Objectives

Although the B2B website project began during the first lockdown in 2026, it was not affected by it, even though the teams were unable to meet in person until much later. The corporate website was added to the project scope just two months before the project’s completion. Despite this, the project experienced no delays or deviations.

Choosing the Platform’s Best Ambassadors: Employees

The site was first made available to pilot customers, and then the rollout began with sales to staff. This decision was made so that employees could serve as the platform’s best ambassadors to customers.

Feedback

This project will go down in history as the one that delivered exactly what was required—and even more—right on schedule and within budget.
