This index is scored out of 100 points and is made up of four indicators.
For 2025, DATASOLUTION achieved 71 points out of 100, confirming the management team’s commitment to basing pay-rise decisions solely on employees’ skills and dedication.
DATASOLUTION scored full marks on the indicator measuring the gap in individual pay-rise rates (35 points).
We continue to make progress on the pay gap indicator, with 36 points out of 40 (up from 34 in 2024), and our efforts are ongoing. We did not earn the points relating to pay rises for women returning from maternity leave (0 out of 15).
There is still some ground to cover before we secure the 10 points for the indicator on the ten highest earners.
Our action plan for 2026
Indicator 1: pay gap
- Continue to be vigilant and fair in matters of pay progression
- Ensure at each hire that the salary offered is consistent with the rest of the team
- Target: raise the score to 38 points
Indicator 2: pay rises after maternity leave
- Ensure that every woman returning from maternity leave receives a pay rise within the year
- Target: raise the score to 15 points
Indicator 3: ten highest earners
- When recruiting for management positions, give preference to female candidates

What's next?
Our commitment is a long-term one, and we have approved a progress plan through 2028 to enhance our certification, focusing on the following areas:
- Conducting a Carbon Footprint Assessment
- Definition and Monitoring of CSR
- More than 60% “green” electricity across the group
- A goal of 30 metric tons of recycled waste
- A minimum increase of 15 points in the gender equality index
- Implementation of an eco-friendly purchasing policy for our service providers and partners
- Training for employees on the “Digital Landscape,” aimed at helping them understand the environmental impacts of the digital sector and learn about the types of actions that can contribute to a more sustainable digital future
- Implement best practices (sorting, collection) across all our branches and establish local contacts
