DATASOLUTION continues its external growth with the acquisition of the Altimax agency

In response to growing demand from businesses for partners capable of addressing all their digital challenges, the DATASOLUTION Group (headquartered in Paris) is taking a new step forward in its development with the integration of the Altimax agency. This 19th acquisition strengthens its presence in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, complements its expertise, and accelerates its growth in strategic markets, particularly the tourism sector. The transaction includes the hiring of 10 Altimax employees.

A clear ambition: to become a leading digital player in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region

Founded in 1998 and based in Chavanod, near Annecy, Altimax has established itself over the years as a specialist in marketing consulting, communications, and digital strategy. Recognized for its expertise in UX/UI design, video production, brand design, website development, and e-commerce, the agency works with numerous companies and institutions, including Porsche, MG Motor, the Fournier Group (Mobalpa), Crédit Agricole des Savoie, Valrhona, Ubisoft Annecy, Aix-les-Bains Riviera des Alpes, Lac Annecy Tourisme, and Les Rois Malt.

By joining DATASOLUTION, Altimax is joining an independent group capable of supporting companies across all their digital projects—from strategy to user experience—including e-commerce, CRM platforms, Odoo ERP, data, the cloud, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.

Capitalize on Altimax’s assets

This acquisition enables DATASOLUTION to incorporate new areas of expertise, particularly in video production and brand design—a key component that has become indispensable in corporate communication and marketing strategies.

It also reinforces the group’s ambitions in the tourism sector, an area in which DATASOLUTION already supports several leading players such as VTF Vacances, Alpine Resorts, B&B HOTELS, Yelloh! Village, and Camping Paradis. By combining Altimax’s long-standing expertise with that of the group, DATASOLUTION aims to offer an even more comprehensive range of services to professionals in the tourism, leisure, and hospitality industries.

Beyond the complementary nature of the businesses, this transaction was also designed to ensure complete continuity for Altimax’s teams and the support provided to its clients.

I’m taking over a business that I know is profitable. Altimax is a well-established agency, backed by experienced teams and a portfolio of loyal clients.

This acquisition is fully in line with our growth strategy: to expand our group and strengthen our regional presence while creating greater value for our clients through the synergy of our expertise.

A Shift in Scale That Benefits Customers

The Altimax agency is now part of Jetpulp, the DATASOLUTION Group’s creative and digital brand. This structure allows the agency to maintain its local roots while becoming part of a national network of expertise.

Philippe Brunet, founding president and majority shareholder of Altimax, is taking over as head of the Group’s agency, Jetpulp. Loïc Perrot, previously CEO of Altimax, will take over as head of the DATASOLUTION Annecy office to ensure the continuity of projects and client relationships. The 10 employees involved in this acquisition will remain at their current offices for the time being.

Altimax customers continue to work with their usual contacts while gaining access to the full range of expertise offered by the DATASOLUTION Group.

Altimax is taking on a new dimension by joining the DATASOLUTION Group. We already serve both domestic and international clients. This partnership provides them with the strength of a globally recognized group while maintaining the personal touch they’ve come to expect.

Thanks to DATASOLUTION, we will expand our presence across more e-commerce technologies and platforms and enhance our offerings in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.

This new momentum should enable the DATASOLUTION Group to support a growing number of companies in their digital transformation projects. The integration of Altimax brings the revenue of the new entity centered around Jetpulp to 6 million euros.
