A Message from Numeum

The year 2022 was no exception for digital companies, which bore the brunt of geopolitical tensions and the resulting inflation. Nevertheless, the study reveals that most players posted double-digit growth, driven by a strategy focused on innovation. The talent shortage also remains a major challenge, at a time when talent is seeking a better balance between flexibility, technology, and impact.
