HR Director
Job description:
DATASOLUTION, a major player in the digital sector, has been supporting companies in their digital transformation for over 22 years. With a team of 330 employees, we are continuing our profitable growth on a sound financial footing—particularly through acquisitions—and strengthening our organization. To support this momentum, and in anticipation of an upcoming management buyout (MBO), we are seeking our future Director of Human Resources.
Reporting directly to our CEO and the Executive Committee, he will play a key role in shaping the group and its future success.
An existing team of five people will then be assigned to him.
Main tasks:
The position encompasses all facets of the HR function with a particular focus on the following topics from the first year:
- Supporting managers in their challenges and professionalizing managerial practices
- Managing HR issues, particularly during external acquisitions
- Optimizing the company’s compensation policy
- Developing the employer brand and the attractiveness of DATASOLUTION
On a day-to-day basis, this position involves:
- Structuring teams and optimizing HR processes (payroll, onboarding, annual reviews, training, etc.).
- Harmonizing HR practices within the company, particularly following integrations.
- Monitoring the social climate and managing employee representative bodies (IRPs).
- Ensuring compliance with the legal framework and managing employee files (contracts, procedures, disputes, etc.)
Candidate profile:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an HR generalist
- Proven experience in structuring an HR team
- Proven experience in company acquisitions and integrations
- Strong command of labor law and the legal challenges of the function
- Strong ability to be proactive and make proposals to Executive Committee members and inspire teams
- Fluent English required to manage international operations (Australia, USA)
