In the course of its commercial activity, DATASOLUTION is required to collect and process the personal data of its users (hereinafter the \u201cUsers\u201d).<\/p>\n

The purpose of this privacy policy, put in place by DATASOLUTION, is to provide Users with concise and comprehensive information on the processing of personal data carried out by DATASOLUTION.<\/p>\n

DATASOLUTION attaches major importance to respecting the privacy of Users and the confidentiality of their personal data, and is therefore committed every day to processing data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and in particular Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties (hereinafter the \u201cFrench Data Protection Act\u201d), and Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the \u201cGDPR\u201d).<\/p>\n

Processing of personal data: processing of personal data means any operation or set of operations performed on such data, whatever the process used, and in particular the collection, recording, organisation, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, alignment or interconnection, as well as blocking, erasure or destruction.<\/p>\n

Cookie: a cookie is a piece of information placed on the hard drive of an internet user by the server of the site they visit. It contains several pieces of data: the name of the server that placed it, an identifier in the form of a unique number, and possibly an expiry date. This information is sometimes stored on the computer in a simple text file that a server accesses in order to read and record information.<\/p>\n

The controller of the personal data referred to herein is DATASOLUTION SAS, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 445 223 852, whose registered office is located at 224, rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine, 75012 Paris.<\/p>\n
