Each sprint (project iteration) leads to a product that can be tested and used. An iteration can bring out new requirements or improvements. Arbitration and new prioritizations allow to adjust the trajectory as soon as possible. This initial step is built around two main tasks<\/strong> :<\/div>\n
– a kick-off meeting<\/b><\/div>\n
– a scoping phase. <\/b><\/div>\n
A detailed planning is created by the Scrum Master and the Product Owner. This planning will detail the milestones and the list of sprints and planned resources.<\/div>\n
At the end of the scoping phase, the details of the features to be implemented are communicated and arbitrated. The content of each sprint can thus be defined and shared.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n

Sprint planning<\/h4>\n

User stories are written from the customer specifications.
\nIf the feature is not clearly defined, a dedicated workshop with the Product Owner will detail it. <\/p>\n

Implementation<\/h4>\n

The concrete implementation of the solution begins. Each sprint consists in a complete and usable list of features.
\nAt the end of the sprint build, the sprint can be tested by key-users.
\nEvery day, a standup meeting allow scrum master, product owner and developers to share their work status.<\/p>\n

Sprint acceptance<\/h4>\n

During this phase, the test cases are played. The test campaign configured during the sprint is executed.
\nBugs are reported to the dev team. Automated tests from the current sprint are validated \/ tested.
\nAutomated tests from previous sprints are played to verify non-regression.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n
