This need has been interfaced with SAP for customer identification, product repository management, inventory tracking, price retrieval, and order submission through the installation of the WSO2 middleware, allowing them to communicate in both directions.<\/p>\n

Today, orders are processed automatically by our system, which sends a direct stream to SAP when an order is validated. Now, users can be completely autonomous on the site. Our team has set up a tab for consulting delivery notes and invoices.<\/p>\n

Flexibility and customization<\/h2>\n

The connector between SAP and Intershop was designed for MOTUL’s specific needs, integrating real-time modeling and pricing constraints from the ERP and bringing them up to the front office.<\/p>\n

Thanks to this connector, the site allows any professional to place an order in just a few clicks, consult their order history, view their delivery notes or download their invoices, or simply reorder a previous order.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n
