Launch of an eCommerce shop and redesign of the institutional website paredes.fr
Paredes adopts an approach based on their values, that of a resolutely customer-oriented company. Paredes is one of the few companies in France to pay 1/3 of its profits to its employees and to open the capital to them widely. It is a group of more than 650 employees, with sales of 216 million euros in 2020, and number 2 in the professional hygiene market in France and Italy.

Paredes is committed to its transformation, the #DEFI2022 plan. This shop is the major brick of its digital transformation. It aims to make Paredes the leader in customer satisfaction by reducing its delivery times by 20% and offering a service customer area.
Although it started during the first lockdown, the project did not suffer, even though the teams were only able to meet in September 2020. The institutional site (paredes.fr) was added to the project scope only 2 months before the end of the project. Despite this, the project did not suffer any delays or deviations.
The site was first opened to pilot customers, and then deployment began with sales to staff. This choice was made so that employees would be the best ambassadors for the platform to customers.
