  • Formalizing various charters
  • Implementing a responsible procurement policy

Gender Equality Index – 2024

This index, calculated on a scale of 100 points, is based on four key indicators.

For the year 2024, DATASOLUTION has achieved a significant improvement of 13 points, reaching a total score of 84 out of 100. This progress reflects the leadership team’s commitment to focusing exclusively on employees’ skills and engagement when making salary increase decisions.

DATASOLUTION consistently earns the maximum points for the indicator measuring the gap in individual salary increases (35 points) and for the indicator assessing the percentage of female employees who received a raise within a year of returning from maternity leave (15 points).

We have made strong progress in the pay gap indicator, scoring 34 out of 40 points (compared to 21 points in 2023), and we continue our efforts with the goal of achieving the maximum score next year. A final step remains to secure all 10 points for the indicator assessing the 10 highest salaries.

What’s next?

Our commitment is long-term, and we have validated a progress plan through 2026, focusing on the following key areas:

  • Training employees in the digital collage workshop to understand the environmental impact of the digital sector and identify impactful actions for a more sustainable approach.
  • Establishing CSR representatives in our agencies.
  • Implementing and expanding best practices (waste sorting, collection) across all our agencies.
  • Defining key indicators and conducting a carbon footprint assessment.
  • Enhancing our CSR certification by the end of 2025.
  • Introducing an eco-responsible procurement charter for our suppliers and partners.
