DATASOLUTION, France’s first independent web agency, announces the acquisition of the publisher of automatic layout and web2print Active Publishing.
Established in 2003 DATASOLUTION’s mission is to support companies in their e-Business strategy, whether BtoB or BtoC. DATASOLUTION now relies on 170 employees and offers a complete “Design, Build, Run” offer: support, eCommerce site development, PIM and MDM, cloud hosting, outsourcing, web marketing and integrated digital agency.
Pimcore integrator and technology partner , Active Publishing offers automatic layout and web2print solutions. Its product range allows catalogs and flyers to be created in an automated way. Customerts include La Redoute, Espace revêtement, Leroy Merlin, Coup de pâtes et Chocolats Weiss.

The acquisition of Active Publishing is part of DATASOLUTION’sexternal growth approach, which is also becoming the exclusive integrator in France of the editor’s solutions. With this acquisition, DATASOLUTION remains more than ever in line with its overall growth targets, with the group expected to reach 18 million euros and have 200 people by the end of 2019.
