DATASOLUTION adds an international presence by acquiring australian agency acidgreen.

DATASOLUTION, leading french web agency, acquires the australian agency acidgreen and aims to double its size in 2019.

The acquisition of acidgreen, agency based in Sydney with offices in Melbourne and Brisbane, completes the international coverage of Paris-based DATASOLUTION though its offices in Dublin and New-York, local offices being localized in Lille, Toulouse, Nantes, Lyon and Bordeaux. Founded in 2000, acidgreen counts 75 employees. MAGENTO « Enterprise Partner », acidgreen – regularly awarded as one the australian top agencies – is also an offical Shopify and Google partner.

With this acquisition, DATASOLUTION is now aiming to double size and turnover in 2019, the new group is expecting 18 millions euros of turnover and 200 people by the end of the year.
