Improving customer satisfaction through a digital platform

Paredes has committed to a transformation project, the #DEFI2022 plan. The B2B online store is a major component of its digital transformation, with the goal of making Paredes a leader in customer satisfaction by reducing its delivery times by 20% and providing a service-oriented customer space.

The project objectives

  • Launch a B2B eCommerce store
  • Redesign the paredes.fr institutional website

Although the project began during the first lockdown, it was not affected, even though the teams were only able to meet in September 2020. The institutional website was added to the project scope only 2 months before the end of the project, yet the project did not experience any delays or deviations.

Choosing the best platform ambassadors: employees

The website was first opened to pilot customers, and then deployment began with sales to employees. This was done so that employees could be the best ambassadors of the platform to customers.
