Keolis
UX/UI Redesign for an Interactive Keolis Kiosk in Chambéry.
Designing an interactive kiosk in the heart of Chambéry
At the helm, and at the request of Grand Chambéry, the company Keolis launched this ambitious project. It is in this context that our teams set to work to meet this new challenge. The scope of the mission was clearly established: to develop an ergonomic, intuitive and easy-to-use application for all audiences.

Creating a quality user experience
We segmented the data to create a smooth and efficient user experience. This allows each target audience to obtain the desired information in a minimal amount of time. The user can:
- Access a detailed map of the city
- Learn about the various modes of transportation available
- Obtain a personalized itinerary
- Discover activities, events and tips in Chambéry
They can then send all this information directly to themselves by email.

Configuration and specifications related to the support
We configured the interactive kiosk to prevent any misuse. Data is not saved and can be manually deleted by closing the session. An automatic reset of the session is also scheduled every 5 minutes.
Through a WordPress developed back office, Keolis can edit any content present on the interactive kiosk.
To verify the performance of the kiosk, our team tested the interface on site, in the shoes of a real user. The objective was to ensure its proper functioning and correct any possible imperfections. It is this approach that allows us to guarantee an optimal user experience.
An accessible terminal for all thanks to an adapted interface
At the request of Grand Chambéry Agglomération, Keolis has implemented an interactive terminal strategically located near the train station in Chambéry. The objective is to guide tourists and locals, and provide them with all practical information to fully enjoy the city. For this ambitious project, DATASOLUTION configured the terminal and developed the entire interface.

Under the hood of the App !
But as you can imagine, to achieve this result, our developers had to implement a sophisticated technical device using React codes (a JavaScript framework) and PHP to develop the API.
